Super sweet staff. Was amazing with my cat and got right in to a room to see the doctor. I will definitely go back if anything happens.
WHAT A JOKE! We were there for THREE HOURS at the "emergency" vet and were NEVER seen. I was told they had more critical pets. How would they know - he was NEVER seen! I was NOT kept posted! NOTHING! They could have started bloodwork, x-ray - SOMETHING! ANYTHING! It was freezing in there and my pet laid on the floor shivering. I have video. I told them. I finally brought him home, so he could at least sleep in his warm bed. I left with the feeling they were only in it for the $$.
Excellent service !!! Will recommend to others. The staff were very caring to our dog.
I think far as a practice , they are too notch.but they were going to charge me 2200 for surgery on my jackrussel. She was bit by a truck .I wouldn't afford the surgery there . They gave me a list of other vet hospitals that may be cheaper. I found another hospital to do the surgery. Half price. But the bill for what they did was 501dollars.over all I guess their fair ????just really expensive.
Excellent Care very knowledgeable. Thanks to y'all for helping us with everything tonight. Hunter will missed dearly but can't thank y'all enough for the warm care y'all have.
I arrived yesterday with my cat, Nick, who was in distress. From the time I arrived to the time that we left, the staff was caring, compassionate and professional. My sweet boy didn't make it but they were accommodating to my daughter and I as we said goodbye to our fur baby. I appreciate their care of him in his last hour alive. Thank you.
Took great care of our dog Pixie. Diagnosed right away and checked to make sure nothing more serious was going on.
We brought in our dog due to vomiting and bloody stool. The staff was friendly -- and while we did wait a bit (.. It is an emergency room after all, people. :D) - our Layla girl was seen and taken care of! Dr. Amy Walsh was so informative and funny. She really put us at ease, and Layla is feeling much better today.
