Sadly we were an emergency case today. Picked up our puppy from a boarding place and I immediately noticed he had a corneal ulcer. Our vet was already closed for the long weekend. We rushed to PetMed, as recommended by our vet, and they were wonderful! Our puppy was crying in pain when they took him back for treatment and came back to us in no pain. I had to take my cat,Gabby in at 6 am. Turned out it was a UTI. Dr. Mays was awesome and so sweet!! Great place!!
Soooo thankful for the vets and staff here! I rushed my sweet puppy thereon a Saturday morning. The two ladies at the front were above and beyond nice to me and comforting. The vet was so nice and very informative. It really comforts your heart to have someone care for your animal as much as you do. Not to mention that they have a Keruig and vending machine!!
On November 27th I took my beautiful cat Sam to Pet Med they had seen a couple years earlier and diagnosed his asthma. This time I knew the swollen belly was not good. I wish I could tell the young mans name that was working on Sam but all I heard was I,m sorry. I had to let my boy of 9 years go but I have every faith in this veterinary hospital very caring and compassionate and highly skilled staff.
The level of care and staff are amazing . Pet Med is the only place I would take my dog in an emergency or after hours.
In August 2015, my 14 year old, rescue pitbull unexpectedly began struggling to breathe. She spent one night at AEC in an oxygen kennel before I took her to my vet... who immediately suggested I take Maggie to PetMed. It was then that I met Dr. Laura Bahorich.
