They diagnosed my precious cat with musculoskeletal injury "probably from jumping or landing wrong". An exceedingly overpriced MISDIAGNOSIS where I had to wait three hours in my car while my sweet girl was inside without me. After no improvement, I took her to Cordova Station Animal Hospital where she was diagnosed with a STROKE, not musculoskeletal injury. We are now in the wait and see period after treatment there. Exceedingly long wait times for no apparent reason. Absolutely horrible management!
I don't know what we would have done had it not been for the wonderful, caring staff at PetMed. Brittany, Dr. Wolverton, and the rest of these angels took excellent care of our Rowena and were all so patient and compassionate with us. Thank you all so, so much.
They saved my older dog Leo, he had heart failure and we didn’t know. They gave him some medicine and now he’s feeling much better. Great experience!!!
Close - cease operations because you care NOTHING about the animals. It's all about the money. Despicable.
