This is a very unique store with merchandise that you cannot find any where else in LA. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have to admit I was a little reluctant to go in at first with the reviews and to place my order there for my baby, but I actually had a very nice experience. I LOVE THIS STORE!!!! I was a little unsure about this place from reading the negative reviews on here but I wanted a unique baby gift for a friend and decided to try it out. I went to the Brentwood store because someone mentioned it's bigger and has more selection and was glad I did. The staff was helpful but not pushy and let me shop on my own without asking every 2 seconds if I needed help. This is a great store with an amazing selection of adorable, high quality baby items. Their baby registry was very helpful, and the salesperson gave me great information about what items I do and do not need. They wrapped the gifts I received beautifully. I love their furniture and it inspired me to pick the styles and colors of my nursery. The salesperson was very nice and friendly, and not pushy. I highly recommend!

BEST shop hands down. I first went in to buy a gift for a baby shower and fell in love. You can literally pick anything blindfolded and you're guaranteed that it'll be amazing. And they gift wrap. I just re-did my 1 year old daughter's nursery with them and the owners actually came over and helped me design it, pick fabrics, etc. Sweetest people! And the nursery looks beautiful.

BEAUTIFUL things, BEAUTIFUL store. I've got to admit..I went to the shop because I wanted to spoil my baby like a celebrity. And I'm glad I did, I could literally spend hours in there. Also, they have pretty much everything for babies and toddlers (except for food) p.s. a tip: if you ever need to get a gift..have them make a gift basket for you, I promise that the lucky mommy will be impressed and you'll probably want one too.

This is the most beautiful baby store in Los Angeles. I only recently found out about it through an article I read on the internet. I have now been to both stores and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is nice and helpful, the products are truly unique and to die for and they will get you anything you want. There was not a single thing that I asked them for that they couldn't do. I only wish I had known about them when I had my first baby.

I had a wonderful experience here. Nina and Samantha, the owners were more than helpful when I was designing my nursery. They came to my house and gave me some very helpful tips and ideas. Some of my stuff took a while to come to my house but that is because they made it for me custom. When everything did arrive I was more than impressed. My nursery is a work of art. has great customer service, I walked in and was greeted immediately by the two ladies behind the counter. I am a first time mom and had several questions and the lady was able to answer all my questions, unique selections of European toys and clothing.

Looks like the tides are turning for this boutique. I actually had a good experience shopping with them. I ordered a pair of shoes online, but ended up changing my mind and decided to cancel. After placing a call to the owner, they were kind enough to cancel my order even though this is not their policy. I believe that if they didn't know before, they definitely now know how important customer service and word of mouth advertising is. Give them a try.
