I had a terrible experience with them. We ordered some custom bumpers for our crib. They took much longer to come in than we were told. We never received any communication from them about the order. When we followed up, they had "magically" just arrived and the staff had all sorts of attitude. For our next kid, we ordered from another store and similar bumpers were about 1/5th the price, in way less time and the people actually appreciated our business. We will never shop there again..
Do yourself a favor, do not ever do business with these people. There customer service is non existent. They absolutely do not do what they say they will do. Good luck in getting information on an order you place.
I was floored when I walked into Petit Tresor and found incredible hand made one of a kind cribs and dressers. My husband and I were excited to finally locate a store that has a high end European aesthetic, that offers more than the ubiquitous cribs and dressers we had seen all over the internet and all over Los Angeles. The girls who helped us select our furniture were incredibly kind and really made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us in anyway.
