Very friendly and positive atmosphere. The new building is bright and airy with lots of room for animals to have their own space while waiting and not feel threatened. A very caring and nurturing environment. Thank you for all you do all the time!!
I LOVE the new hospital! I also love that everyone who works there knows me and my dog and what's going on. I love that you all listen to what I have to say and are very thorough about answering my questions and offering alternatives and suggestions. I also love that you make follow-up calls, and that I get a quick call-back when I initiate an email or phone call.
Your review: Dr Millie and all of the staff are always pleasant,very efficient and caring with the furry members of the family.When it was time to say goodbye to our beloved cat,Frankie, Dr Millie came to our home to administer the shot and was so compassionate. I know he passed less stressed because he was at home.
