Tech's and Vet's are top notch. Everyone is so professional, friendly and "down-to-earth", and clearly LOVE their jobs. The new facility is beautiful.
Thank you so much for your kind and compassionate care. It is obvious when walking through the door that everyone on staff loves and truly cares for each furry patient. We knew that Sadie was in good hands for her teeth cleaning last week; we were kept informed every step of the way and even encouraged to call to check in as the procedure took place. Many thanks again for your caring and expertise … we are so fortunate to have such an excellent veterinary clinic so close to home!
Dr. Millie and Dr. Mike and all the staff are the most thoughtful, caring, compassionate team! Its obvious the minute you walk through the door with your pet, these people love animals and will do everything possible to help - they always give us as much time as needed to ask questions and help calm the pets!
I love Dr Milly and the staff at Petit brook vet. They are amazing.
They are so caring, take so much time with each patient, and are super gentle… I couldn't say enough about how impressed I am with my experience with them. And they have brought my sick puppy to a full recovery and he is very thankful for that too!!!
Everyone is friendly and always willing to stop and answer any questions that I have, I never feel rushed or that I am asking a ridiculous question (even though I may be sometimes).
You are all incredibly important to the furry members of our family. But what I really love about you is how you treat the humans of the family as well, understanding how stressed we are when the furry ones are sick. My parents brought their pets to you when I was a child, and now my grown daughter is bringing her cat to you as well. So you've tended three generations of humans, and nine animals, including one horse, some forty years ago.
Each visit is a pleasant experience for the owners and the pet. Every staff member is very helpful and our pets, Sadie, Sophie, and Clover, love them.
