The staff here is amazing. They know all the pets by name and truly care about each and every one. We had a scary emergency with our pup and they were wonderful about referring is to Bevs when they didn't have the capacity to fix the problem. They still followed up with us several times to be sure she was ok and got the care she needed. Months later when I came in they asked me about her again, they really love the animals and it shows!
Dr. Mike and every single person there are so caring. They focus on your animal and not on getting you to buy expensive medicines or tests. Recently, I had to put one of my furry babies down and Dr. Mike and his tech listened to my memories of her. They treated us both with respect and dignity. Thank you for that.
This week, I had to bring my husband's Grandma's dog Tiny to Petit Brook to have him cross the Rainbow Bridge to see our Christabelle and once again, they provided amazing customer service. They attended to Tiny like he was their own dog and gave me as much time as I needed wth him before the final goodbye. Good professional care, with a heart! My pet was seen promptly, and the doctor took time to address my concerns. I can tell the staff there really love animals.
You are gentle with my cats and so caring. It is nice to hear from you to see how they doing if there sick or had surgery.
The new digs are great. Clean and open and inviting. The crew from the receptionists to the doctors are professional and make us feel welcome. A true caring for the animals is very apparent.
Our first visit with Lola today, I was somewhat hesitant about making the switch to a new clinic but knew I needed to. I was blown away by the friendly professional service we received. It was fantastic....and Lola isn't the easiest of patients :) Thank you!!!
