All the staff at Petit Brook has been amazing! My dog Dixie was nervous at her first appointment but had quickly warmed up to everyone there which makes me feel better about bringing her there. They’ve been amazing through her whole recovery journey which hasn’t been easy. It definitely makes me happy with my choice to make them Dixie’s vet, especially when we walk in and hear “Hi Dixie!” Highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all my future animal as well!
5 stars all the way! This is gonna be a wall of text, consider it a storytime. I went to Petit Brook primarily for a second opinion for one of the family cats, Callie. She has been having digestive issues, she was marking the floor with leakage wherever she went, she stunk, and recently she was making messes all over the place. They are the most compassionate, kind and caring people!! They make even the hardest decisions a little easier. Beautiful new facility is very welcoming and bright!!
:I love how they treat my babies like their own. They take the time to greet them and talk to them.. They truly care about them and treat them as individuals. The many trips we made there after P.J. broke a bone in his leg were always good visits and they always took the time to love him up. P.J. truly loves Caitlin. On one of his visits to change his splint, the staff even signed his bandage.
The staff is always so friendly and understanding. They go out of their way to help out my poor kitty that doesn't travel well.
Been seeing Millie for years. She’s an excellent vet and has ALWAYS taken such good care of my fur babies.
