Professional Joanne Peters was nothing but professional and to the point when speaking to me about a potential job opening. She has a knack of knowing whether or not a person would be qualified for a particular position very quickly, so I imagine that this may offend some people; however, I found her to be prompt and responsive to emails and phone calls.
Cannot believe the way I was treated If you are looking for a job, do not use this company. On the phone, Joanne Peters told me that I qualified for many jobs that she had and that she wanted to meet me. When I did meet with her, she was rude, and did not seem one bit interested in what I had to say. I was trying to tell her of my qualifications, but she just "brushed" me off. Peters Personnel If you are looking for a job, I do not recommend you use Peters Personnel. Joann Peters, the owner, makes promises of jobs, but does not keep them. I signed up with her company and she kept telling me about these jobs I qualified for, but never followed up on them. I had much better luck with another agency, who placed me in a permanent job almost immediately. My guess is that this agency does not have very good connections with area employers.
Rude, unprofessional and so full or herself! I went through Peters Personnel in response to an ad on Careerlink. When I went to meet with JoAnn, she was very rude, very abrupt and never once followed through with her promises. She actually told me that she did not need clients because she had hundreds in her system, and that her income was with the businesses who hire her, so it would be MY responsibility to contact them is I ever saw a posting that interested me. Paralegal/ Legal Assistant I was very pleased in my dealings with Joanne Peters. I found her to be very insightful and to offer a wonderful plethora of business advice. I am an educated, hard-working individual attempting to find employment with a good company. Ms. Peters had an array of positions to offer within exceptionally good companies. I found her a pleasure to work with. She is a great business person.
Rude, rude, rude Joanne Peters should not be allowed to work with people. If you are looking for a job do not use Peters, there other companies in Omaha where you will get the respect you deserve. She is disgrace for this business
