Very unhappy with my Peter's experience this week. I was charged $1,000 for a repair that was a known and undisputed manufacturer's defect, as noted in a service bulletin published by Honda. Still, neither Honda nor Peters fully stood by their product. I've bought 7 cars from Peters, but never again.

My husband saw a couple wholesale vehicles online so we went to check those out. My 16 year old is working on driving hours and, once licensed, will need a car. I recently purchased a car from Peters Honda of Nashua - best experience I ever had buying a car. No pressure from the salesman, everyone was friendly, down to earth, and honest. When there was an issue with the car, they fixed it right away, gave me a great reasonable price on the repair, and loaned me a car in the meantime for no cost so I could run errands for the day. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a real human experience in car shopping with no gimmicks or games.
Jackie Casey is the reason we purchased this truck. She was very helpful throughout the whole process - the test ride - the paperwork and agreeing on a price for our trade in and for the price of our 2018 Toyota Tundra SR5- TRD-PRO. Jackie is an honest - down to earth sales representative that made us feel comfortable making this purchase. She even answered questions over the phone on her day off.
