Dan G. is the service advisor handles a lot of my issues with my cars from the past and servicing for updates with the new. He's definitely well knowledge and is an A+ in my book. goes out of his way to be efficient and keep up with the times for the all these new gadgets on the market. overall, I love Peters, and I would recommend them to anybody!
I had a bad experience at peters. My husband and I had solidified a deal for a lightly used CRV. When the day came to get it there was a change in the original deal that was made (a few hundred dollars). While this may seem minimal, Honda did absolutely nothing to fix the miscommunication that took placed. It seemed they really could have cared less about the customers experience / feelings (manager Tom did nothing for the situation). To say Peters will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy is an understatement! They go the extra step that not any other dealer I have ever dealt with have. I’d highly recommend buying a car here!
I bought a 2007 Used Solara convertible there about 10 years ago. It now has 142,000 miles on it and runs like a charm. They have serviced my vehicle through the years and have been more than fair with me.
I had a great experience so far, my car was totaled someone rear ended me and I needed a new car asap, I didn’t think I would be driving off the lot with a brand new 2020 car, but I did and I worked with Kim and Matt, they went above and beyond for me, it took some time to get everything where I wanted it to be, but they got the job done, kim even drove me home, because I had no vehicle, until everything was finalized, she’s very sweet, and will help in anyway she can, I love my new car, thank you both, for everything.
Great place. Bought my Civic in March (fantastic experience buying my car) in July or August I went for my complimentary first oil change. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, large kitchenette area with complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and I believe there were also vending machines. Free WiFi. Before they gave me my car back they washed it and gave it a little vacuuming!
