BUYER BEWARE. The car buying experience was quick and easy.....but once you sign on the dotted line, forget about it. It's as if you never existed. Anything you need from them after they have your money is a nightmare. The sales managers don't pick up their phones, check their voicemails or return calls. The salespeople don't do what you ask and when they say they will, they just forget. You essentially have to babysit them to get anything accomplished. I have purchased 4 cars from them and my mother has purchased 2. Not to mention the other friends I have sent there that have purchased cars. There service department is the WORST! First off I got a flat tire 2 months after buying the car, but couldn't change my tire because I didn't have the lug lock socket. Called Honda and was shocked to find they had it there with my name on, sitting there. Did anyone ever call me? NO! I have now been to the service department 4 times for the same issue with my seat.
