Jason, the tech in the repair shop at Rush, Understood the assignment. Got right into it on a Saturday and got me back on the road fast on a job that might have taken others until Monday or Tuesday. Thanks, Jason! Extra shoutout to Chiann who made what could have been a really crappy experience a ton more bearable. Great job, team!
My husband and I were in a very difficult and time sensitive situation. Everyone, from Chiann at the desk to the tech working on the truck, Jason, did all they could to get us back on the road fast. We did not have a great start to the weekend, but they sure did what they could to ensure it wasn't worse. Thank you!
Poor customer service. Can not call and talk to live person. Leave a message they dont return calls. Drove 2 hours to pick up part was met with locked gates, after they was informed be few mins at closing time. Now I still have defective peterbuilt truck that can not take customers. Would not trust then to keep up there end of a bargin

I started hearing a hissing noise by the dash/firewall when I accelerate, to my surprise my truck was given a derate countdown I still had to go to my last stop with 3 forklifts to deliver, I delivered my last stop with 39 minutes left until full engine derate, I went quickly to Rush Peterbuilt nearby I had only 2 minutes left before engine derate when I arrived, after all the pressure I realized more pressure still awaits with repair and hotel costs well they began the diagnostic checks pronto then my truck went into a bay,... read more
