I've been going here for about 2 year but only because I got braces with them. They're so un organized! Several times they have scheduled me to go in for my 6 months 6 check up just to tell me I can't have it done because I'm maxed out. Isn't it they're responsibility to check before they call you to confirm your appointment? It's happened at least 4 times and not only that, they had me waiting for about 3 hours before anyone came looking for me. They ® all nice and smiles until they make a mistake and you call them on it and they ® equally as mean. If u make a trip with no mishaps then your good but if u have a dispute awwww you might as well roll up them sleeves
Everyone was so nice. I really enjoyed the first visit for my son and he liked it too. The employees who helped us were so kind and accommodating. They helped make my sons experience enjoyable. They have multiple TV's in the lobby, free water, tea, fresh cookies and they even offer complimentary massages!
