WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! After waiting 3 hours and getting half of the special I paid for, I finally had to leave and go back to work. When I called later, which they told me to do in order to get refunded for half my charges, they told me my chart said everything was completed and there was nothing they could do. Sleazy enough?
