Stay Away , He lied to me about the reason he wanted to do vein surgery on both legs when only one was hurting . He said the previous vein closure didn't work and a redo with a glue would work . One leg was complete but while being prepped for leg two I was told another procedure was needed. I questioned why on an unpainful leg. Dr Dovgan became quite combative at me and then shouted at his staff . I became terrified and insisted on leaving . I went for 2nd opinion ,no surgery needed..

The worst, orogant and impulsive. He performed two unsuccessful surgeries to clean blockage in my artery. Because the way he perform both Angiogram surgery, I have to go through a by pass surgery to rectify his wrong doing. I will not recommend this doctor at all
From the moment we came through the door until we left, the staff made us feel comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Dovgan you and your staff are amazing. Thank you so very much to all of you!
