I had two appointments a month apart with Dr. Rink. Both appointments left me waiting in the room for over an hour with absolutely no status update of when I might expect the doctor to see me. I understand appointments go long I have no problem waiting for 15 minutes even 30 minutes but over an hour is ridiculous. My time is important too!

Dr Rink is a very caring physician with my highest respect. Very detailed and a good communicator.
Doctor Rink was by far the rudest, unprofessional physician I have ever dealt with. He spent my "15 minutes" complaining about scheduling. He did apologize and referred me to another physician, however, his inability to set aside whatever it was that was bothering him, left me with little confidence in his stability and abilities to withstand pressure when dealing with his daily medical practice
Dr Rink has given excellent care through the years but I hadn't needed to see him for a long time. When I needed to see him again he not only gave me a shiney new knee with great results, he also diagnosed a condition in 5 minutes that I'd been suffering with and been misdiagnosed for years. Thank you!
Dr. Rink has done total knee replacements for both of my knees. He has shown excellence in his knowledge, bedside manner, communicative skills and, perhaps most important, his technique/skills as a surgeon. I highly recommend him.
