Dr. Mancuso is my hero. I went to him with a really bad ankle injury in 2015. I saw a few foot/ankle doctors before him but no one compares to him. I was not able to walk without a boot/crutches for over a year. He was determined to figure out what was causing me so much pain and he didn’t give up on me(which is super important to me). I am a 8yrs+ patient. I received a bill for $35.00 no show fee which I was unaware I had an appointment, I called the office and spoke with Michelle who was very rude and advised me I made the appointment and I should have reminded myself. I told her I believe it was a mistake or something, she said no I made the appointment. DR. P. MANCUSO is a great doctor. He always has a smile & truly has concern for his patient. The office employees are great manners & truly try to please us with appointments & any concern. If I could rate this office I would give everyone an A+.

The dr.s are amazing i have nothing bad to say regaurding them! The Brentwood office front desk and staff on the other hand are horrible !!! Taking personal phone calls and telling patients they need to wait so they can take there personal calls. They are very rude and have horrible attitude problems towards patients. They do not greet patients when coming in and I am not happy with the attitudes i have personal recieved while taking my five year old son here !!

Saw Dr. Mancuso in the bayshore office. The office did not have proper equipments to do toenail biopsy. The tissues fell on the floor twice. Went for a followup but left witout seeing the dr. Office manager is not sympathetic to the patient's requests at all. The copy received in the mail is missing couple of lines due to low ink in the printer.

From my first visit, I felt comfortable with Dr. Mancuso and his staff. I have charcot foot and recently developed a wound that was taking a while to heal. I see the Dr weekly and he always makes me feel comfortable. Excellent care, available for emergencies after hours. Dr. Mancuso is top notch so you may wait, but it is well worth it.

I have a disabled mom and call for an in-home appt. for her as she has been a long time patient of dr mancusso I called on August 30th and was given an appt with dr. Garafola for sept. 7th She never showed up and never received a call that my mom had to update her insurance and that my mom owed money for past visits When I called the office on the 7th was never informed of either issue and was told she would be there in the afternoon Office manager very rude will be filing a complaint with nys

Every once in a while you get lucky and find a doctor who understands what your exact needs are does a great job taking care of it. Dr. Mancuso is that guy. I highly recommend him for his professional, courteous, and quality of service. If you need a foot specialist, Dr. Mancuso will Take care of you at the highest degree of service.
