Excellent service! My family and I have been going to Dr. DeFranco since he started the practice 30 years ago. He's always very accommodating, and he always takes care of my needs. I always feel a thousand times better after I've gone there. He's very knowledgeable, and always gets my neck and back kinks out. I call him the “back whisper”.
I have been suffering with daily headaches for the past 8 years that started every morning in the back of my head. I had all kinds of tests including CAT scans, diabetes and eyes exams. Went to a headache neurologist but none of the medication helped. Went to see Dr. DeFranco at the request of my niece. He seem to focus on my upper neck. After three weeks of treatments I was out of pain and have been headache free for five months. I feel like a new woman and I am very appreciative.
Three years ago I was in a terrible auto accident and injured my neck and lower back. I ended up having low back surgery that seem to make my pain worse to the point I was using a cane to walk. I could not stand or walk for longer than 5 minutes. After months of suffering, my family talked me into seeing Dr. DeFranco. It took several weeks of care and a number of visits but I am 95% out of pain and walking without a cane. The help my attorney, the auto insurance company covered 100% of my care.
Dr. DeFranco is the real deal! Got my neck better so I didn’t have to have neck surgery. Just amazing. I highly recommend.
I went to visit Dr. DeFranco’s office with low back pain so bad I could not even walk or stand except with a cane. Medication and shots were not working. Was told by my medical doctor I needed back surgery. So after months of pain and before I decided to go under the knife I was going to give chiropractic a try. Well, in a few short weeks I was walking without a cane and pain free. Nice staff and good doctor.
This place takes advantage of injury and accident patients. They will make you continue unnecessary treatment just to make your bill bigger. Do not sign docs binding you to legally be obligated to pay for unnecessary treatment not covered by your insurance company. Stay away!!! Please find someone who actually cares about your body not your money.

Its unfortunate that you feel this way. I have not been in practice for 34 years by doing as you suggest. We utilize the same forms that every medical clinic and hospital utilizes that clearly inform patients they are responsible for any and all services and is not dependent on insurance coverage or out come of litigation. I would be more than happy to discuss this issue in private if needed.
Dr. Defranco has helped me more than I can possibly describe in words. Dr. Defranco has alleviated the pain I had in my back and leg through chiropractic methods and given me the ability to walk again as well as go back to my normal activities. He always goes out of his way, including for emergencies, to make certain I'm better. His effusive positive attitude is genuine and his bedside manner superb.
