Met him 8 years ago after a spinal injury at work and he did an excellent job with my surgery. What has changed since then is he has gone down hill! Ive had new issues at the same place he did my surgery and have gone through all the xrays, and mri. Saw his nurse practitioner 3x and she saw enough evidence that I needed his services again. 4 months for an appointment, I had to miss work to go, and they call me 2 hours before my appt and cancel it. Dr Bohem took his time and discussed my condition then recommended the least invasive treatment being a lamendectomy, small incision in the low back and I went home the next day. The relief was immediate it's been 10 years postoperative and I am so happy with the results.
Dr Boem operated on my back two years ago and I was happy with the surgery, but I had a fall two weeks ago and crushed a vertebrae in my back and tried to get an appointment to see him or his PA. The earliest I could get in was December 11. I’m in a great deal of pain and I worry about what I can and cannot do without causing further injuries and waiting a month from the time I called it was just unacceptable.
If you want a good drink water drink out the spring (Dr. Peter Boehm) Greatest back surgeon in the country! he fixed my back pain in 2024 and I have no more pain!!! He’s in Erlanger Hospital just give him a call and get rid of your back pain!
