Was my first time at your hospital. My dad, sister, and I where very well taken care of. We where escorted to places and got excellent directions!!! The Shapiro surgery waiting area was top notch!! As well as the very upbeat staff!! Made us New Hampsire people feel as good as we possibly could! Thank you!!
I love the Brigham doctors - theyre so smart! And when Ive been there for two past surgeries I really like how you have a team of caregivers, you know theyre names, and who they are so youre not let wondering who you need to talk to.
A very good hospital, every person I came in contact with was kind, supportive, and extremely helpful and friendly.
Sorry I bothered the staff on New Years Day eve. Nobody cared that my wound had opened up so badly that infection was iminent if not there. Also, I changed my own dressing and couldn't get anything for my pain. They couldn't give me a shot or a pill or anything. What's next..surgery with no anesthesia? Calling a wound that was 7cm by about 5cm chronic pain? No....really? Motrin round the clock for 2 mos. 6 days of IV antibiotics and it opened up! No I didn't sign my discharge papers because nobody did anything.
Excellent hospital. I can't say enough about the care I received and the doctors are the best in the world as far as I'm concerned. They saved my life! I would have been dead or paralyzed if it wasn't for those doctors.
This hopsital is awesome! I just had day surgery and every staff member that I came across was very nice and caring! A+ hospital!!!
Very professional, and the caregivers are very attentive! The doctors do plenty of one on one and that assures me that they care. Overall I'd say it's re best place to be when you need medical care!
