Warning**** Not a very "user friendly" hospital when it comes to staff members returning your phone calls!!! I recently had hip replacement surgery there and have been on short term disability until I can return to work... After a post op appointment on 1/13- I called the surgeon's office (located inside the hospital) to request that notes and X-rays from that visit be faxed to my short term disability company so that my leave could be extended.
