Hospital staff is incredible! They are not only the best in patient care, but they make you feel cared for!
Engaging folks. Unfortunately the wait to get in to start the consult was 45 minutes beyond my appointment time. Then after spending 15 minutes getting a few more tests, it was another 30 minutes before another doctor came in to see us because our primary was tied up. Then another 30 minutes before the primary arrived. All in all, we were there 2 hours for a 20 minute appointment. That said... I feel I am in good hands and that is important.

Best care and competent Professionals. Communication is key and my Dr., Dr. Vivian Gonzales Mitchell sets the bar. When not able to call me during her practice hours will call me to follow up or the pharmacy to get my prescription changed/filled. Everyone at this hospital is dedicated to getting you well. Cannot say enough good things about B&W Hospital.
I just said. .i got my life back. .. the team of surgeons are the best in the nation.. after my hip replacement surgery my life is back to normal thank you Brigham and Women's Hospital all the personal nurses secretaries doctors everyone in charge of you care God bless them all�#..1
Incredibly frustrating is the apparent complete lack of communication between the various departments. I called almost 11 times asking for the same thing, between different departments. At first I thought it was just human error but now, no. There is NO communication between departments and different doctors are telling my opposing things. When A,B, C & D have been done and it's time to book a follow up appointment, I'm told results will be given over the phone in a few weeks. Very professional, best care by emergency Doctors and Nurses. Then within 3 hours he was on a cardiac floor, to a suite with team of Doctors. I can not express how grateful our entire family is for saving our 28 year sons life. If we had kept in Brockton I truly believe he would not be here today. Glad I had him transferred without their help.
I was 20 minutes early. The dr was 1 hr 10 minutes late. He saw me for 10 minutes. You tell me.
