I love the lung transplant team!!! They are so compassionate

I have had multiple problems and been done serious damage in various departments at BWH. There is too much to go into in this necessarily limited space, but the bottom line is that I have found doctors, staff and administration to be profoundly lacking in compassion. I cannot recommend it.
I loved the attention I received from the staff..My nurses were awesome. Drs were very informative.
I came in for a heart procedures and from admissions, pre-surgery, the surgical team to the recovery team were outstanding. I was very nervous and anxious and the whole team explained the procedure, what to expect and what the next steps were. The entire team of Doctors, Nurses and Technicians were very professional, caring and understanding. If I ever have a choice where to have a procedure or to be hospitalized Brigham and Woman's Hospital will be my first choice - BRAVO to this fantastic facility
Over the past few years, I've had an emergency C-section plus two other major surgeries at Brigham and Women's hospital. My primary care provider is also at this hospital and I am totally satisfied! Wonderful, caring, supportive staff...from the cleaners to the nurses and surgeons. Keep up the good work!
