The care I received at Brigham and Women's hospital was the worst medical care of my life. I went to the Center for Infertility for an IVF cycle, and the nursing staff kept forgetting about my case, ordering incomplete medications, and neglecting to update my information in the system, so that when it came time for me to get blood tests or imaging, the technicians had no idea who I was or what I needed.
