I am always treated with the utmost respect.I never have to wait very long and the physicians and fellows always take as much time as needed to answer any questions I may have.
My brother was transferred to their leukemia unit after some persistent effort and the help from a wonderful oncology schedule coordinator from Dana Farber. We were being pressured to go back to Tufts from LGH, but I strongly rejected it over and over again. My brother was not treated well there- he got a fever and an infection after being released two days from there. I could not reach or have any doctors or staff to return my calls.
