The staff is extremely helpful and the dog training is an awesome tool!
So unhappy and just want to cry over what my sweet dog looked like when we picked him up yesterday from Petco. I scheduled a grooming with Sara at the Village Commons (Killearn) location. I came in & they claimed that they had no record of my appointment. I explained that I had an in-depth conversation with Sara (the groomer) that I know she must remember. They stated that Sara didn't remember talking to me at all. My daughter bought a hampster for Christmas. The staff (and I mean everyone) we dealt with was thoughtful on exceptional scale. As a small biz owner customer service is really important to me. I was amazed. Three days after our purchase, our hampster suddenly died and my daughter was devastated. I walked in with a dead hamster and a cage that wasn't working well. They exchanged the hampster for me, changed the bedding, fixed the cage, gave me a new small wheel for the cage, all with empathy and care. I was so very impressed.... read more
