Explain to your employees that this location is NORTHSIDE Lafayette because apparently they think ambassador is NORTHSIDE when it is Southside Lafayette. I’m more upset about being corrected about direction than getting there for stuff that was supposed to be held at the front and it not being there. Thankfully there was one still on the shelf.
Waited 20 minutes for help in the fish department. He knew I was waiting. He disappeared. Went to look for him and he was catching a rap with the cashier. I’ll go elsewhere to purchase my fish.
No prices on items and a clearance bin full of collars that were still full priced at the register. I run a nonprofit animal rescue and spend over $100/Wk in a different Petco yet THIS Petco couldn't bring up my rewards card...mohawk'ed employee was rude, NOT helpful.
I WENT WITH MY DOG, YO GET HER NAILS CUT. THEY WERE SO GOOD WITH MY BABY. I WAS AFRAID SHE WOULD HAVE ANXIETY, BUT SHE DIDN'T MIND AT ALL. THEY ARE SO GOOD THEIR AND OUR 3 DOGS, MY ROSIE, MY GRANDDAUGHTER, HONEY, AND MY GRAND SONS PENNY HAD A VERY NICE VISIT. YHANKS TO THEIR STAFF. AND THE STORE WAS SO CLEAN AND FRESH.
After trying to find staff on the floor to get crickets, I went to just purchase them at the register. The line was so long and just getting longer. When. I finally checked out, I was told at least 20 minutes before anyone would be able to get my crickets. After waiting in line for a good while. No thanks. I'll shop elsewhere.
I had the best experience at this petco tonight then I have had in a while! The employees there were so helpful and had such a positive attitude, especially James! Plus all of their fish looked so healthy! Will definitely be back!
