Arrived at the aquarium section and the girl was helping someone. Waited for her to finish and as soon as she was done, she took off into the store and I never saw her again. Stood there for 10 minutes, two employees said nothing as they saw me but kept walking by and the girl at the register looked at me several times. No one ever asked if I needed help. It's like this every time I go in there.
I went into the Petco store on Louisiana Avenue in Lafayette,LA this afternoon to purchase some fish for my daughter's tank. After talking to Mary which was an employee about which ones I wanted I went up front to tell her I was ready to get my fish! I had a bad experience today. My beardie passed last night and I called to make sure I can exchange and they said yea but when I got there they said no bc they don’t have crickets. Then wouldn’t even let me buy one!!!!!!! I need someone higher up than the store manager. Bc she’s the one who did this!!!
My mom has been bringing Todd her corgi since they got him , Baps, always takes such great care of him , he gets excited when he knows he’s going to get groomed. Would highly recommend anyone who loves their fur baby to go there . Thanks Baps for all you do ( I hope I got her name right)
I went there yesterday to purchase a thermostat for my hedgehog cage, which I have purchased a total of 4 of them there already where they matched the price that Chewy.com had online, and then all of a sudden last night they decided not to and I think that is bull crap to change your protocol without giving warning.
Petco is selling sick guinea pigs and when I return them to get treated I'm at fault recently my guinea pig was treated for ringworm and when she came home she was super skinny so over the next few weeks I watched her to see if she'd pick up some weight and she didn't I then called Petco who treated her and they told me to return her to the one on Louisiana Avenue needless to say whatever was thinking of to them by the store manager I may not get my guinea pig back all because she got sick in Petcos care this wasn't my fault
Thank you to Petco for allowing us to set up a table to sell our raffle tickets and bandanas all to benefit the shelter. The manager Corey was so nice and helpful.
Our Boston terrier just finished the 1st level adult training, graduated. Tom, the trainer is awesome, gave clear instructions, had so much patience and you can tell he cared for my dog and her progress. I recommend this training with Tom who would like to see major changes in their dog behavior. Thank you so much. 5 stars ⭐️
