RecommendedShaina and Maddison were really helpful. My 8 month old GSD, Jaxx, had his very first grooming experience at the salon today. The girls were very patient with us. I didn’t mind leaving Jaxx in the care of these ladies. They were friendly and very informative.
Skyla pampered our Fred today! She adores him (and he adores her), and she has a way with him that mystifies me, but I am thankful for it! Also, Tom is awesome! He’s so helpful and knowledgeable; he has steered us right every time. Can’t wait to get Fred in one of his training classes!

Every time my husband buys crickets from this location, he is either short the amount needed or they end up dead by the time he gets home. Also, they are always out of the dog food we need, causing us to drive across town to petsmart which we will now be shopping exclusively! Store hours are posted online that they close at 8pm. My husband drove over 30 minutes arriving at 7:40. The lady working acknowledged him and locked the door in his face. The only reason I continued to come here was because of there selection of bettas. I recently purchased one paid $25 dollars mind you, to realize that night he has ick! This is the 3rd time I have gotten a fish with ick from here, first time one fish purchased from here infected my entire 30 gallon tank and killed almost half my stock! The employees are too worried about what size tank I have, when they need to worry about the diseases in there tanks!

Brought my 2 dogs today ..when we went to check out one of my dogs went around the register and was giving her best cute look hoping the cashier would offer her a treat because that’s what happens at Petsmart ..I very nicely tell the cashier what my dog was doing ..she says to my dog you have treats ( because I was buying a bag ) and then the cashier , MARY, looks at me and says I DO NOT LIKE DOGS.. so I told her she was definitely working in the wrong place ! I bought an iguana yesterday and it's not in good condition. The poor thing has missing toes and one is black and looks like it's about to fall off. Its skin looks really bad with spots that is gonna leave scars. It even has a hole under one of its arms. I'm doing my best for the poor baby and will be bringing it to the vet. When I asked them about the skin condition she said if I felt the iguana was in harm she would of done took it to vet. Apparently she didn't see the hole under its arm.
