short handed but friendly staff
Good salt water dept. but staff is rude in This dept.
WARNING! The staff that works in the grooming department acts as if they have never worked with large breed dogs. I made the mistake by taking my 4mth old wiemaraner to get groomed and they have no technique. My pup looked so sad cause they had a muzzel on him while he was in a choke hold just to do his nails (which took over 30 minutes). They did not even know how to hold him properly we did not let them finish the groming session because I thought they were goning to break my dog's leg.
