Would of been so much better if I didn't stand in the fish department for 20 minutes flagging down two different people who couldn't help me and the person that could help me was to worried about her clip board to even acknowledge me. To petsmart I go.
Incredibly rude and inconsiderate associates here! My husband and I were at their store late one evening grabbing dog food for our pup as we head out on a trip. We had one nice young lady ask us if we were doing okay and about 2 minutes later, a young man walked up and told us that they were closed and the registers were closed. We had our items in our hands and he told us "well sorry, were closed". Absolutely inconsiderate and rude. Y'all just lost our business.
So upset with the service at Petco. Tried to get a refund or an exchange for another fish. They told me to bring a sample of my tank water, which I did. They told me that my water had to much ammonia which isn't what I'm upset about. What I'm upset about is that they denied me service completely because of my water. Petco isn't getting another dollar from me.
I had an awful experience with one of the workers here. She made my daughter cry and was very rude. I have called corporate and also spoken with the store manager. Besides this particular employee, the store is fine. I really love the groomers! Always friendly and nice!
