Funny and fun workers to be with! I would definitely go back!
Just went to this store for dog food. Jessica and the other associate were very polite and had great customer service. The manager on duty however failed to provide a method to resolve the issue, told me there was no way to return the portion of an incomplete purchase, and complained she wasn't even sure how she was going to balance at the end of the night because the numbers were going to be all off. Managers wanted to argue about a koi fish. Long story short, they sold it as a butterfly koi when it was actually a regular koi fish. Mix ups happen but the attitude of the manager was unwarranted for the situation. Last time shopping at this store.
Rebecca groomed our pups yesterday and did an amazing job! I am extremely picky especially with our husky and his fur and we were so impressed, he looks beautiful. So excited that we found our groomer! Thank you Rebecca!
What a wonderful store! The groomers are awesome.
Went for grooming. They were very friendly and professional. (They were also patient with all my questions) You could tell the other animals getting groomed were not stressed out. When I got my buddy back he looked perfect and smelled even better. The only thing wrong is they clipped the inside of his ear and he was in a little bit of pain and didn't want me petting his head. I would recommend these grooming services.
Awesome place the employees love animals and you can tell we have done pet training and we bought a ferret and it the only stop for us for pets
Pulled my dog out from the Groomers because of Mistreatment. How does a PET store stay in business when they DON'T care about pets. There is over 320 complaints on consumer reports about PETCO. Now I understand why the Reviews are as abad as they are...SHAME ON YOU PETCO. The Manager just said to call Corporate, acted like they didnt care, even corporate has not responded...typical of a store with poor Customer Service
