Was very disappointed in Sara the manager in charge today at the Cleveland Petco. There was a family with children given away puppies in the lower parking lot and a women with a rescue group set up at the store walks out and starts to curse at the woman using very inappropriate language in front of the children and I asked her to stop that it was inappropriate and she proceed to tell me what I could go do to myself. GROOMING ONLY!!! a lady in the grooming section called me a liar, a crazy old man, and asked me to leave because I complained about the services we recieved in the previous visit. They bathed my dog and didn't get the dried up eye discharge off her face or wash her bottom. Why pay for a bath if you have to give them another one when they get home?
The Meghan girl that works the counter in the grooming department is by far the WORST person I have ever dealt with. I always have such a good report with the people that work there and my dog is loved by all the employees but Meghan is rude beyond belief.
I took my dog for her appointment (that they said i didn't have). Kept her for THREE hours in a cage without grooming her. And when we called to check on her the staff and manager were very rude! The place was filthy! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP IN THERE OR TAKE MY DOG!!!!!!!!
