Was very disappointed in Sara the manager in charge today at the Cleveland Petco. There was a family with children given away puppies in the lower parking lot and a women with a rescue group set up at the store walks out and starts to curse at the woman using very inappropriate language in front of the children and I asked her to stop that it was inappropriate and she proceed to tell me what I could go do to myself. The Meghan girl that works the counter in the grooming department is by far the WORST person I have ever dealt with. I always have such a good report with the people that work there and my dog is loved by all the employees but Meghan is rude beyond belief.
