WTF? You wouldn't sell my 12 year-old kid a $.20 goldfish because she didn't give sufficient explanation of the filtration system on the fish bowl and didn't want the goldfish living in a "bowl culture"? Are you kidding me?!?
Petco has lost my business because when I went in to look at fish for my new aquarium 2 of the new bettas that had arrived 3 days ago were dead or have a swim bladder problem that can be treated! When I told the associate she said "oh well. I'll get to them later." And WALKED AWAY if you cannot take care of the animals YOU provide in your store you should not have them! I am very displeased I can not submit an online complaint instead of having to call and be on hold multiple times. Bad experience does not even begin to describe my issue, but I have tried to call several days and no one ever comes to the phone.
Have not had a kitten in a long, long time. Sarah not only tried kitten harnesses on Eclipse but when the XS didn't fit, she went to the Ferret harnesses. This was a perfect solution and saved me some $$$. Also, although I didnt get the cashier's name, she was very sweet and attentive to Eclipse.
I took my baby there this morning and she was grommer by a man Harrison. He and his co-worker where very caring and sweet. He done a wonderful job and was very patient with her . I can tell he cares about his job . And the pets and that is a rare quality. I will continue to bring her there to see Harrison. Thank you .
Terrible will never go back rudest cashier I've ever seen I walked out I will drive to Chattanooga for what I need was holding the stuff I need in my hand asked the cashier about the mixture of salt he was on his cell phone and looked at me and did not even here what I asked him after he asked what I wanted then told me they don't carry that anymore I was holding in my hand get off your phone and do your job man !!!!!!!!
If you get reptiles there make sure you have a different place to get their food. Most if the time they are out of whatever size cricket's you need .. if you sell that many and still sell lizards you should order more.. DO NOT BUY THE VITABUG CRICKETS .I MADE THAT MISTAKE AND GOT 2 BOXES (72) YESTERDAY ..FED ABOUT 15 TO MY BABY BEARDED AND TODAY REST WERE DEAD .. not to mention that Petco no longer sells feeder mice and now my snake only eats live and now to find a pet store that has live mice.
