Poor Store I have visited this store on a weekly basis. I found their staff to be very rude and not knowledgeable about their products. The seleves are not stocked on a weekly basis.
DOG HAD A TERRIBLE GROOMER My cousin had come down from michigan and she brought her poodle well, she decided she needed to be groomed and the only place that she could find to groom her on saturday was petco, and when she went to pick up her dog she was in shock her dog was not cut but gapped all to pieces! so give your dog a bath yourself!!!!!!!!
everything you need in one stop I love petco here in Cleveland; yes some of the people working there aren't very knowledgable but you have to remember that half of the workers are high school kids and they probably just started the week you walked in looking for a specific item. cashiers that cannot count money well i sent my husband to petco to purchase a bag of dog food my westie has have a specific brand, well anyway i send my hubby to purchase the dog food, the total came to 23.97 he gave the cashier thirty dollars,well in return his change came to 16.03 well he corrects this lady and says i only gave you thirty dollars so to my dissmay and surprise the next amount of change was .60 cents, so i go inside the store and to make a long story short the manager says the cash register says the amount ... read more
Grooming Salon Nightmare Grooming salon is horrible. I brought my Great Pyrenees in for a summer cut and he looks like a child cut him with a pair of scissors. The salon manager actually hung up on me when I told her how unhappy I was. I have four dogs that I have groomed quite often and will NEVER bring my pets there again. I will be happy to drive them to Chattanooga. The employees in the store try, but really know nothing about animals or animal care.
need help if you go into this store needing an employee for assistance to find a product forget it these people act like YOU DO NOT EXIST they will walk right by you and you have to run them down for help, never mind contacting store mamnagement they could care less maybe this store, does not need to make money, so if that is the case CLOSE IT. the check out lines and long casheiers slow and rude i will go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!
