The employee who helped me was incredibly rude. Most of their feeder bugs in the reptile fridge were dead, and had been for a while. As well as the cricket sizes being mislabeled. She sold me mediums which were clearly smalls and was rude when I made a comment about it. I had to track down the employee to be checked out because there was no one upfront.
Sales associate was really helpful when I was looking for a good food for my dog who was having GI issues. She even recommended a documentary for me so I could learn more about pet food. She was so sweet. I’ll definitely be stopping in here more often.
