The floor staff here could learn to be a lot kinder to people when buying fish. I asked my friend to buy some fish for me. I had surgery and can’t leave my house right now. Staff was extremely rude when she asked for a discount on a betta fish that had a fin deformity. The store didn’t breed the fish. Why are associates being so hateful about asking for a discount? Just say no respectfully and move on with your hateful self. This is the SECOND time I’ve seen this behavior from staff. Fix it.

I took my dog to get his nails trimmed here. He usually does well, and I haven’t had any incidents prior to this. This time, he didn’t want his back nails trimmed. He was yelping and trying to jump off the table. Instead of telling me he wasn’t doing well, the groomer muzzled him, had an assistant hold him back, and continued to clip his back nails despite his complete discomfort and as he continued to try to get away from her. Great with our pup, and efficient grooming services
What an AWFUL place to take your dog to get groomed. EVERYONE needs to stay far, FAR away from this place that treated my ten month old fur baby like complete garbage and traumatizing her for all of her future groomers. Unless you want your dog to be abused and mistreated, never bring your dog here. The groomers are unprofessional, liars, and abusers. I have already contacted management and will be contacting corporate tomorrow about this awful incident. Stay away.
Horror stories from customers in the Grooming adept. Just sickens me that you guys allow such unprofessional people work there. I would never bring my dogs there!
I picked up my poodle who had been scheduled for grooming, his eyes was still dirty and his ears still nasty. I took him back in and brought it to attention, they said well let’s get it cleaned up. So they take him back and said they didn’t wanna get that close with the blade. She trimmed it out somewhat half way by this point I was just over subjecting my dog to there poor care.
