Thank you for doing the right thing and severing ties with a "rescue" that has let so many dogs and adoptive families down. Thank you for protecting the public's dogs and the dogs of other rescues that patronize your business!
Thank you for protecting your customers and the publics personal dogs from irresponsible rescuing. All of us in rescue are frustrated about the animals and the level of care/lsk of care they are receiving. Standing up to them as a company should give your customers the understanding that you are not ok with these kind of business practices and that you make sure the groups adopting out dogs in your store are reputable, honest and work hard to ensure any health need
I would like to thank the management at this location for recognizing a bad situation and being resolute in their decision to not allow Diana's Grove to hold adoptions at their store. This "rescue" has numerous issues, the worst being their apparent inability to consistently care for their dogs properly. They have be banned from MANY adoption events at local pet stores. The infractions vary from minor policy violations up to gross negligence. Thank you for helping.
