Turning away Diana's Grove adoption services breaks my heart. I had happy memories at this store when I found my lil guy. Good luck trying to create positive memories in your store from now on. I'll be shopping elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

I had a poor experience today, not terrible but definitely lacking the exceptional service I'm accustomed to from Petco. This was my first visit to this location and I'm less likely to come back to this location in the future when your shopping carts are in disrepair and dangerous. I was disappointed that when I showed the cashier she just shrugged and said all of the carts were like that. No empathy and no concern.
