I had a poor experience today, not terrible but definitely lacking the exceptional service I'm accustomed to from Petco. This was my first visit to this location and I'm less likely to come back to this location in the future when your shopping carts are in disrepair and dangerous. I was disappointed that when I showed the cashier she just shrugged and said all of the carts were like that. No empathy and no concern. Recently my boyfriend and i purchased a choke chain dog collar for our pit bull puppy. After using this collar twice we started to notice a rash developing from the spikes digging into her neck so deeply. I was absolutely horrified because I have never seen a rash so brutal and have used these in the past. When I couldn't find the receipt I thought for sure the facility would give us some kind of exchange seeing as how we had just spent $35.00 on the collar.
