The staff is friendly but stretched thin. It's especially difficult to get an appointment for grooming. They're always short on a groomer, even a bather. The self service wash can't be used without a groomer present. I have a dog who needs frequent rinsing baths due to allergies. I'm unable to do so at home. Each time I call it's the same answer, no groomer on site or booked for days. I just need 15 minutes to rinse/bathe him. Thank you for banning Diana's Grove from adopting out at your store . Any animal entering the property was at risk from becoming sick due to Diana's Grove's negligence .
Very unhappy that Petco in Chesterfield has removed Dianas Grove from the store. I have gotten two dogs (eight years apart) from DGDR and both were healthy wonderful dogs. Shame on you Petco for giving in to the voice of a small, vocal minority over the benefit of the dogs needing homes. I will be boycotting Petco until they change their policy and encourage others to do the same.
