Would not honor website prices in store, even though website offered free shipping. Makes prices look cheaper than pet smart online, but actual store prices are much higher.
Love this place. I won't buy animals here ever again, the rat I got was VERY VERY timid... I don't think the smaller animals are handled enough.. but, for supplies this place is amazing.
