1- they can't keep good groomers 2- the one there today, 5/27 is a very rude person 3- said my dog needed rabies shot and he's good until April 2022. they've lost ALL my business thanks to her attitude
I needed to get crickets for my dragon, but it looks like they are closing early in response to the Coronavirus... which is okay cuz pandemics are bad. Their crickets are normally good, though. Or I think they are good. I personally have never had any and my dragon isn't much of a talker. So, my opinion is more wishful speculation than objective analysis.
You're gold if you're not old. If you're older they'll cut your hours to push you out. If you report younger employees making remarks about your age, they do nothing. Horrible place.
I was in petco today getting treats for my dog and while in there I witnessed a groomer by the name of Becky picking a small white dog up by its front paws to groom under its belly and when the dog got scared the groomer slammed it into the metal pole it was tied to. Do not take your dogs to this woman and if you absolutely have to stand there and watch her like a hawk! We did report the incident to another employee who said she would report it to the manager.
We’ve purchased fish twice now from this location. Both had a disease us fishkeepers commonly call “ich” or Ichthyophthirius multifiliis. It feeds off the fishes skin potentially killing them. It’s quite difficult to treat if you don’t have an thermostat for your aquarium. I spoke with an employee on the phone and seemed pretty clueless about what Ich even is and most likely all the fish are contaminated with it so I would not buy fish from here.
My husband and I have been shopping at this location for a couple of months now and we came in the store yesterday looking for some feeding tongs for our bearded dragon and the only ones we saw in the whole store was 10 inch tongs (metal and wood) and i just want to know why yall sell baby reptiles and you only sell 10" feeding tongs?!? thats waayy too big for some/most of adults! and its not really safe for the animals either! i dont think you should sell the tongs at all if all you're going to sell are bigger than the anim... read more
Went in to buy some fish ended up leaving with nothing. Stood and walked around the fish dept. for 20 minutes and did not see a single employee. Nobody walked through, nobody asked if I need help, nothing. Absolutely horrible.
Everything is so over priced. Not worth the money. The animals are mistreated. The people working were on their phone and talking, didn’t pay attention to their customers.
