Don't adopt a rescue animal from these guys! They go through New Hope Rescue at 3109 N Hancock Ave Colorado Springs, CO 80907. You should check the Yelp reviews on New Hope, you won't be left with hope. I was sold a sick rescue and stuck with $260 in vet bills and got the finger from New Hope and Petco. Petco is not responsible for the adoptions and they make that very clear, after the fact.
Never again taking my dog to get groomed here. My dog got an ear infection and cut his fur so short which also I can see where they hurt him by his abdomen. Should give back my money I paid plus my vet bill.

Petco your lucky I don't call APCA on you for throwing away dog jackets that first you cut into pieces and bags of dog food simply for malice you could donate but instead profiting comes first before the animals and yet you go by the name petco

Brought my mom's great pyr in on 7/26. Grooming gal came out to say hi, asked my permission and then his. After a little bit he was ok with saying hi. As we were leaving another employee came up and cornered him, he was CLEARLY trying to get away but she would not let him. I had to tell her to leave him alone before she backed off. Concerned that a pet store has at least one employee who either is unaware or just flat out does not pay attention to an animals body language!
