i would like to know the whole story. Why did eeryoone able to pick up supplies have to wait till store closing hours.
Very sad to see the quality of animal care that happens at petco now. Today we went in to find the parakeets without ANY food. They were so hungry fighting to get into the food dishes to get whatever scraps of food that were left. All huddled together because when their metabolism slows they get cold. They had no millet and hardly any water. When we went to the fish tanks it was just as bad. Algae covered the tanks with very little selection of fish. The general manager and higher ups care about profits only. Making the phrases where the healthy pets go and pets always come first incorrect, untrue, and unethical.
I can't imagine why you would employ people who don't care about dying puppies. I don't care if you apologized, I will not be returning to petco.
Shame on this store! How can you ignore a request to stay open 5 mins to save dying puppies. I could see if they were asking you guys to care for them but they only wanted supplies.
Not waiting five extra minutes to save dying puppies is the lowest of the low. I will not be shopping at Petco anymore
Extremely disgusted by your store's lack of care for animals and their well being. That five minutes of waiting could have saved a dogs life, I hope the appropriate actions are taken for your negligence.
Read an article about how they wouldn't stay open 5 minutes later so a family could grab food to feed their dying puppies. Terrible. Never going back
