I am a fish guy. The selection was on par for a box store (sad and uncreative). I waited almost 20 minutes in the fish section before an employee even acknowledged me only to find that they weren't going to sell fish for another 2 hours.
Customer service is horrible at this store! The past 3 times I have been in there are no employees around and only one cashier. I won't be back.
I used the self service grooming this morning and it was a GREAT experience. The staff was friendly and helpful and the equipment was perfect for what I needed. So nice to be able to use it all there and not have all the hair at home. Impressed.
I've had problems here for the last four trips. The only thing I'll buy here again is cat litter. Quit carrying one brand of cat grass and doubled the price of the other one. Used to recommend the store to everyone now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
Third or fourth time I've been in to buy treats for small dogs and found the bar empty Boxes sitting around but they won't fill the bins
It's frustrating to finally decide to buy aquatics from a chain store again and be told I'm doing my aquarium wrong. I have 20+ years in the hobby which was most likely longer than the salesman had been alive. In my opinion the title "aquatic specialist" was barely qualified to stock shelves tonight and very far from qualified to criticize customer's aquarium skills and discourage buying fish.
