Disgusting! Disgusting! Every time I go, giving them another chance at being nice and caring for the animals they disappoint me again! I always see dead animals in their enclosures, getting eaten by flys and bugs! Disgusting!! And the rabbit thing. The rabbits have way to small of a enclosure. Almost all of the guniea pigs have hair loss and are sick. But of course! They don’t get treated! You are a pig if you let this happen to animals. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
I had a horrible experience there today. I haven’t been treated this rudely in a business in a very long time. I was shocked at the lack of customer service... especially by an employee named Emily. I had never been in this particular pet store in NWA and I doubt I’ll ever be back. Please give your staff training on how to be helpful and respectful to customers.
