Major red flags… With the price they charge I would recommend going to a professional groomer that cares about your pet. Would not recommend grooming services at this location.
Terrible organization of store and terrible selection of items.
I went to register and waiting a good 5 minutes. No one was around. I looked and asked girl at pet hospital to check me out. She asked a lady on the floor to do it. She walks up with a customer and tells me it’ll be a minute. I waited patiently for another 5 to 10 minutes while she tried to get the customer signed up for rewards. The first experience I had was okay. I liked my vet tech and doctor. I went in because my cat was throwing up several times a day for a week straight. I was told that my cat had gastroenteritis and she would be better within a week, but to COME BACK IN if she keeps vomiting. She keeps throwing up. I bring her back in over a week later and she had a different doctor. I've always gone to Petco since moving to NWA. We've bought a bearded dragon from there and a Leopard Gecko plus countless supplies for all our animals. The last THREE times I've gone(over a 2 week period)they've been out of Large and even med Super worms and the small ones that they do have are half dead in the container. So today I drove over to Petsmart and they had them! I strained the container to get out any dead ones as I usually do b4 putting them in a larger container.
