Grooming was fantastic. Time waiting to have someone get me a fish...terrible!
A while back one of the trainers snatched my puppy from my arms without even speaking to me first. She also explained to other customers that "I was a bad person with a bad dog" because I chose to train my puppy on my own rather than pay petco to help. I only return because they are the only store in town that sells my dogs food. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone back.
When I was in there today to find a product to help stop the spraying of my 3 male cats I felt I was judged for not having them fixed. She went as far as saying if I couldn't afford it the humane society would help the cost of it as well. I dont think my cats are broken to have them fixed and feel the need to do so seeing im in the country. She didnt help me much nor would she help me look for a product. I over heard her talking to customers about how much she loves dogs for she is a trainer. I dont think I will ever go back... read more
Willy enjoys socializing here.. but Mom likes the skinny fruitable treats & toys.. Very helpful & friendly associates.. They seem to have everything and more. Thank you. :)
